Payment and Refunds
A kosher credit card or account is required for paying memberships, workshops, seminars, and other events bought fromtitle .
No repayments will be given for workshops, seminars, and other events acquired fromtitle .
All memberships are non-refundable. Annual memberships are billed in advance and remain in place for the period of twelve months from the date of purchase. Monthly memberships are billed in advance on a once a month basis and will immediately replenish every month, unless terminated as per "Membership Cancellation and Termination" below. There'll be no kickbacks or credits for partial months of service, or refunds for months unused with an open account. To treat everybody similarly, no exceptions will be made.
Should you buy a workshop, convention, or event but make the decision not to participate, you will request either : i ) to reschedule to another event of equal or lesser value or ii ) to swap somebody in your place, provided you do so inside 7 days prior to the event.
You are solely accountable for notifying the Company if you can't attend a workshop, seminar, or event.
All costs are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be accountable for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only US ( Fed. or state ) taxes.
Unless otherwise expressly stated , all costs shown are in United States greenbacks ( USD ).
Membership Cancellation and Termination
You are wholly in charge of correctly canceling your membership. An email or telephone request to cancel your membership isn't considered cancellation. You can cancel your membership at any point by signing in and clicking on the Account link in the worldwide navigation bar at the very top of the screen. The Account screen gives a straightforward no questions asked cancellation link.
All your Content will be instantly deleted from the Service on cancellation. This information can not be recovered once your account is cancelled.
In the case of Monthly memberships, if you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will become effective straight away and you won't be charged again.
